1. How can I check the status of my order?
You can click the "orders status" link on the right side of our page to login and check your order status. At times if you open the order by clicking on it we even leave messages in the orders or comments.
2. What do the order status terms mean?
Order "in progress" or "queued" means the order is fine and we are shipping it, working on it, or waiting on parts. Order "completed" means we shipped the order. Order failed, denied, or not finished are basically dead orders and will never be shipped or completed.
3. What does the order completed email mean?
When you get that email it means we have shipped your products to you. Nearly always this will have a delivery confirmation number about 5 lines down the email and with this you can go to usps.com and plug that in. This isn't a full tracking, but the delivery confirmation number does state when it was shipped, when it's delivered, if attempted delivery was done, or if a problem arises. If you have any questions regarding this just let us know.
4. Will my order be split shipped if you have some of the items in stock or will you wait to get all the parts?
This one is tricky as some people want us to split ship it and some want us to wait until all the products can ship at once. The best way to go about this is if you have a preference then please let us know. We use common sense and do not split ship an order if in one day the other part will be here, but we also won't hold up an exhaust from shipping to wait on say a 20 dollar item.
5. I'm overseas or at an APO address, will MotoMummy still ship to me?
Please look at our link titled "free shipping" at the top of your website under the image of the gas tank at the very top of the webpage.
6. I need to know if I can get this part shipped immediately as I am in a rush?
Feel free to email us or call to check inventory levels on a certain product. We are happy to look it up for you.
7. If you order and request in store pickup we will give you a phone call when the order is ready for pickup and you will get an automated email from the shopping cart stating the order has been completed. You can also login online to check your order status.
8. I want to purchase a power commander, but can MotoMummy map it for me?
Of course we can and free of charge. Just put the modifications of your bike in the customer comments and ask us to map it and we would be glad to.
9. Can I purchase a product and put it on two credit cards?
I'm sorry, but for select reasons we do not do this.
