During our checkout process we ask for your bike make and model. Please provide this.
We do our best to keep our website updated with all the new information, current prices, etc, but at times manufacturers/distributors change prices on us so prices are subject to change without notice in some situations.
Helmet/Apperal exchange
1. Any helmet or apparel that is purchased through us qualifies for the hassle free exchange as long as it's a domestic order. Any international order can be exchanged, but the customer will pay shipping both ways.
2. NO questions will be asked on the exchange as long as it's returned in new condition with the original box, instructions, and wrappings.
3. You may exchange it for a different size only. For example if you want to exchange it for in store credit towards a different brand helmet or completely different product then our normal 20% restocking fee will apply.
4. If you wish to exchange a helmet or apparel then contact us via our contact form for an RMA number and directions on how to exchange it and ship it back to us and we'll ship you a different size and we'll even cover the shipping costs on shipping it back to you. You must only pay for shipping back to us and we'll cover the other half (shipping it back to you). This is only good on one return per order after that you will have to pay for shipping both ways.

The Arai exception. If you purchase an Arai helmet from us and it doesn't fit we will cover your return cost and the cost to ship you another one. So there is no cost to you at all in one free exchange of a different size. After that you may exchange it as many times as you wish and you only pay shipping to us and we'll cover return shipping to you as many times as needed. Arai takes pride in knowing that your Arai fits properly and here at MotoMummy so do we!
Returns:
1. All returns must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number or they will be refused and returned to you.
2. There are no returns on electronics. Due to the fact we can't test them, they can be installed wrong and we will not sell used electronics to another customer. All electronics from MotoMummy.com are sold new. If you have a problem with electronics the manufacturer warranties their products so contact them or we can contact them on your behalf if need be.
3. To obtain a RMA number, e-mail us via the contact form and tell us why you want to return the items and the current condition of the product.
4. All returns must be in new packaging and uninstalled and come with all documents and installation instructions.
5. Products must be returned in new condition. Make sure they are packaged well to avoid any damage in shipping. All returns will be paid for by the shipper if not in error of MotoMummy and no COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted. If an error of MotoMummy occurs or a products needs to be returned for warranty issues the customer will pay shipping back to us and be refunded for shipping once the product is at our location. If you have a special situation with return shipping let us know and we will work with you.
6. All returns must be delivered to us 15 days after the RMA was issued and all returns must be requested within 30 days after the shipment was delivered to you.
7. All returns not in error of MotoMummy will be subject to a 20% restocking fee as this is what the distributors/manufacturers will subject us to. Also all refused or unclaimed packages will be refunded back to you minus the 20% restocking fee. If you need to return something you must obtain an RMA number first and do NOT refuse the package or just send it back. There is a minimum 15 dollar restocking fee as we have free shipping and often a 20% restocking fee on a ten dollar item won't even cover our shipping costs.
8. Your original receipt must be included inside the returned package and the RMA number must be listed on the outside of the box that is returned. Directions and further details will be given to you when the RMA number is requested.

If a product is in error of MotoMummy.com we will not have any restocking fee's and will cover shipment back to us (We are human and at times make mistakes). Before more products are shipped out though we must recieve the item back. We will cover all expenses on any mistakes made by MotoMummy.com, but if you want to send a product back faster than ground or priority mail you must contact us first for us to cover overnight or 3 day shipping charges. If you need the item faster and cannot wait for the product in error to get back to us then contact us and we will work you to meet your needs.
10: There will be no exchanges or returns on any colored brake lines. Colored brake lines are custom built for you. Not even the manufacturers stock them as there are so many color combinations per bike. The only brake lines that will will swap out are black, smoke, or clear brake lines with silver, smoke, or black banjo colors. Anything having red, blue, yellow, green, gold on it is a final sale since it's special ordered for you.
EXPORT SALES
If this transaction involves an export under the Export Administration Regulations, the products sold or distributed under these Terms and Conditions of Sale exported from the United States by MotoMummy LLC were exported in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.
WARRANTIES
Customer understands that MotoMummy LLC is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not MotoMummy LlC. All products are sold AS IS. In purchasing the products, customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by MotoMummy LLC. MOTOMUMMY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, RELATED TO PRODUCTS SOLD BY THIRD PARTIES OR AFFILIATES OF MOTORCYCLE SUPERSTORE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT AFFECT THE TERMS OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, IF ANY.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL MOTOMUMMY LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM PRODUCTS PURCHASED BY CUSTOMER. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF MOTOMUMMY LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, MOTOMUMMY'S LIABILITY IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NEITHER MOTOMUMMY LLC NOR ITS AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, NEITHER MOTOMUMMY LLC NOR ITS AFFILIATES ARE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
MotoMummy LLC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.
SAFETY
Motorcycles can be dangerous. MotoMummy LLC has no control over the usage of any part or product. Customer shall read and comply with all safety instructions in the documentation for each product, and to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part.
INDEMNIFICATION
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MotoMummy LLC and its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from Customer's (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale; (b) use of any products purchased on MotoMummy LLC's website. MotoMummy LLC reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by Customer, in which event Customer will cooperate with MotoMummy LLC in asserting any available defenses.
PRICING INFORMATION; AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER
All pricing is subject to change. MotoMummy LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, MotoMummy LLC cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer's orders 100% of the time.
