OUR GOAL

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best service we can by offering the best prices, the best customer service, and fast shipping. If you feel you may have an exception to a policy, please let us know and we would be happy to work with you.


WEBSITE INFORMATION

We do our best to keep our website updated with new information, current prices, etc. At times manufacturers/distributors change prices and we are obligated to comply. Prices are subject to change without notice in some situations. We also do our best to keep all pictures current, but all pictures are for reference use only as at times minor changes do occurr to products and at times styles will vary slightly between bike models. With metal products please realize when anodized, the shade of the anodizing can change with every batch. This is just the nature of anodizing. We do not guarantee the shade of anodizing will be the same as the picture as every batch changes.


ORDER STATUS

You can login and check your order status under your account at any time. If an item has to be ordered in, and you need us to ship the other items, please contact us by phone or email, and if you're in the US (does not apply to international orders) we will gladly split ship your order for you if you let us know.


SHIPPING

Within the Continental US:
ALL shipping is FREE! No matter how much you order or the size or weight of the order. It all ships for FREE.

We do not ship these items outside of the continental US:
  • Bodywork
  • Windscreens
  • Stands
  • Fluids

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Military APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands:
Shipping is FREE. The only restrictions are tires. We will contact you after you place your order so that we can calculate the least expensive shipping method for your order. Otherwise, please feel free to contact us before placing your order and we can give you a shipping quote.

Shipping to Canada:
Is a flat rate of $30 per order for items that are not over sized or over weight such as tires, stands, exhaust systems, etc. We will contact you after you place your order so that we can calculate the least expensive shipping method for your order. You can also contact us prior to ordering to ask for a shipping rate for these select items to your location.

Overseas orders (orders shipped outside the US/Canada):
Is a flat rate of $35 per order. However, items that or over weight or over sized such as exhausts, full suits, chains/chain kits, tires, and other large or heavy items may not be included in this flat rate pricing. We will contact you after you place your order to give you the lowest shipping quote possible. You can also contact us prior to ordering to ask for a shipping rate for these select items to your location.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
  • Please check your order immediately after recieving it.
  • All returns must be returned within 30 days of recieving your items.
  • All returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of receiving the RMA information.
  • All returns must be in 100% new condition and in new packaging, uninstalled, and come with all origianal documents including installation instructions.
  • All returns must have an RMA number listed on the outside of the box either under the "MotoMummy" portion of the shipping label or clearly written on the outside of the box. Otherwise, the package will be refused and returned to you
  • All unauthorized returns will be credited less the 20% restocking fee.

Please email us with all return requests.

What we need to know:
  1. What item(s) you are wanting to return?
  2. Are the items that you are wanting to return in 100% new condition, in original manufacturer packaging, with all tags attached?
  3. Would you prefer to be refunded for the item(s) or would you prefer full store credit?
  • If you choose the store credit we will email you with the store credit/promo code as soon as we have processed your return.
  • All returns that are being refunded to the original payment method are subject to a 10% or $10 minimum restocking fee which covers the shipping and processing of your original order. Your original payment method will be refunded once your return has been processed. It can take between 2 to 10 business days for your bank to process a refund.
4. Once we have that information, our returns team will issue you an RMA. The RMA number must be listed on the outside of
    the package that you send back to us.


  • Make sure the items are packaged well, in a shipping box other than the manufacturers packaging to avoid any damage in shipping. The only exception would be exhausts which may be returned in the manufacturers packaging.
  • Item that are refused by you after we have completed your order will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the rest will be refunded back to your original payment method. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us before before your order is completed to avoid the 20% restocking fee.
  • All tires can be returned for in store credit or a refund, but a 20% restocking fee will apply as this covers our cost to ship them to you.
  • Shipping fees for all returns, not in error of MotoMummy, will be paid for by the shipper. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns, prepaid shipping labels or stamps. 


If MotoMummy made the mistake:

  • We will cover all costs for the mistake to be corrected. We will do our best to ship the correct item out to you as quickly as possible. Please check with our returns deparetment to see if this can be done for you. We will also email you a return shipping label if you are located within the continential US. If you are not within the continentail US, we will reimburse you for USPS standard shipping.


Helmet/Apperal exchange

Any helmet or apparel that is purchased through us qualifies for the hassle free exchange. No questions will be asked on the exchange as long as it's returned in new condition with the original box, instructions, and wrappings.

You may exchange it for a different size only. For example if you want to exchange it for in store credit towards a different item then our normal 10% restocking fee will apply.

If you wish to exchange a helmet or apparel item, contact us via our contact form for an RMA number and instructions. Once you have received an RMA number, ship the item back to us and we will pay to ship you a different size. This is only good on one return per order.


We can not Return/Exchange:

There will be no cancellations, exchanges, or returns on any colored brake lines. Colored brake lines are custom built for you. Once you submit the order through our website we order these lines from the manufacturer and they start building them.

We do not accept returns on electronics, due to the fact we can not test them. All electronics from MotoMummy are sold new. If you have a problem with an electronic item, please contact us or the manufacturer for further assistance. If the item does need to be warrantied the manufacturer will have to assist you.

An Ohlins suspension that has been sprung for your weight is a recommendation/guide from Ohlins USA based on their experience. It is not always perfect for every rider, but most of the time it is correct. If you receive the item and feel you need the suspension changed, we can take it back and make changes, however you will have to pay for shipping both ways for this service.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled up until they ship without any restocking fees. However, if an item was ordered specifically for you and is not an item we continually stock or you are sent a custom invoice, the order can not be canceled as that item is considered a special ordered item.

If an item is on back order, meaning that this item is not on the way to us and there is a waiting period before the product is available, the restocking fee will not apply. If the item is out of stock at our warehouse and was ordered in for you, the 10% restocking fee will apply.


WARRANTIES

Customer understands that MotoMummy LLC is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not MotoMummy LLC. All products are sold AS IS. In purchasing the products, customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by MotoMummy LLC. MotoMummy LLC and its affiliates hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied, related to products sold by third parties or affiliates of MotoMummy LLC including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, fitment for a particular purpose or noon-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.
If you beleive that an item needs to be returned for warranty repair, please contact us or the manufacturer to determin the best solution to the issue. We will be happy to help you find the fastest way to take care of the issue weather it be sending the item back to the manufacturor or us. Most manufacturers prefer to handle warranty claims directly and it is usually the fastest way to take care of the claim. If the product does need to be returned for warranty issue, the customer will pay shipping back to us or the manufacturer.


EXPORT SALES
If this transaction involves an export under the Export Administration Regulations, the products sold or distributed under these Terms and Conditions of Sale exported from the United States by MotoMummy LLC were exported in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Some laws of your country may require you to pay customs fee's. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no even will MotoMummy LLC or its affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from products purchased by customer. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even in MotoMummy LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, MotoMummy's liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. Neither Motomummy LLC. nor its affiliates will be liable for products not being available for use. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, neither MotoMummy LLC. nor its affiliates are liable of responsible for an amount of damages above the dollar amount paid by the customer for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. MotoMummy LLC will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.


PRIVACY POLICY

We are extremely concerned to protect your privacy and confidentiality. We understand that our users may be concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them, and will not fall into the hands of a third party. We do not share, sell, or disclose to a third party.


SAFETY

Motorcycles can be dangerous. MotoMummy LLC has no control over the usage of any part or product. Customer shall read and comply with all safety instructions in the documentation for each product, and to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part.


INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MotoMummy LLC and its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from Customer's (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale; (b) use of any products purchased on MotoMummy LLC's website. MotoMummy LLC reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by Customer, in which event Customer will cooperate with MotoMummy LLC in asserting any available defenses.


PRICING AND AVAILABILITY DISCLAIMER

All pricing is subject to change. MotoMummy LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, MotoMummy LLC cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer's orders 100% of the time.
